This penching quartz tube is the industry standard clear fused quartz material. With excellent visual, thermal and mechanical properties, tight tolerances and low hydroxyl content (≤5ppm). It is suitable for abroad range of high performance and high temperature lamps such as mercury and quartz halogen, UV lamps, thermocouples, semiconductor quartz ware, waveguide handles, and other high temperature products. This glass can be supplied in the range of 2-180mm outside diameter, 0.6-6.8mm wall thickness and 1000-2000 length. And further processing of trim cutting, fire polishing, bending and pinching can be done according to the demand of the customers.

Standard clear quartz glass tube is produced by specialized high purity sand and automatic controlled fusing furnace. It has the characteristics of high purity, strong heat resistance, high transmission and accurate dimension etc. The stable supply of quartz tube with the OH content of 5-20ppm after baking is available. We can also supply the quartz tube with the OH content of 20-50ppm after baking and without baking.
It is widely applied for halogen lamp, mercury lamp, single-ended lamp, automobile lamp, stage lamp, thermocouple, printer lamp, sleeve for water treatment lamp, quartz utensils and pipes etc.
